Our operational team is primarily based at our Head Office in Chichester, where we also carry out clinical work. We regularly host lunch and learn sessions and enjoy regular team lunches - an opportunity to connect, share ideas, and unwind together.

Many of our clinical team members work remotely, and we’ve built strong systems to help everyone stay connected. From group induction sessions and clinician team chats to collaborative MDT working and more, we make sure our team feels part of a supportive and connected community - wherever they are.
